Excremental Game released on Steam on 17 August 2026 from Hooded Traveler Games. It is an incremental clicker built entirely around one joke, and it commits to that joke with more mechanical care than the premise suggests.

An incremental built on bouncing physics

The core loop is a shooter in the incremental sense rather than the action sense — projectiles bounce around the play area and earn points on contact, and you spend those points making the next volley larger and faster.

Hooded Traveler list several projectile types: bouncing mini variants, exploding bomb variants and rocket variants. Upgrades increase speed, quantity and value, which is the standard incremental triangle applied to a deliberately silly premise.

Prestige, with the expected pun

The prestige layer is called Ass-cension, and it works the way the genre demands: reset your progress, keep permanent upgrades, climb faster the next time.

The developer’s framing — all upgrades maxed out? I doubt it — is the honest incremental promise. These games are built so the ceiling keeps moving, and each reset grants permanent gains that make the next run less painful. Big numbers are explicitly part of the appeal.

The accessibility set is genuinely thoughtful

This is where the listing surprises. Excremental Game includes a Mouse Only Option, a Touch Only Option, Playable without Timed Input, Save Anytime and custom volume controls.

Touch-only support alongside mouse-only is uncommon on a PC release and suggests the developer thought about how people actually play idle games — one-handed, intermittently, often on a touchscreen device. Nothing here requires reaction speed.

Note there are no Steam Achievements and no Cloud saves listed, which is a real gap for an incremental where prestige progress is the whole point of continuing.

Localisation wider than the premise needs

Language support covers eight-plus, including French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Portuguese.

That is a lot of translation for a game whose humour is largely visual and whose text is mostly upgrade labels — but it does mean the joke travels. The build is Windows only. Steam genre tags are Casual, Indie and Simulation.

Five thirty-nine at launch

Excremental Game is on Steam at $5.99. The launch discount has ended and this is the standard price, verified on 6 September 2026. A Supporter Pack DLC is listed separately for anyone who wants to back the developer further.

You already know whether this is for you — the title does the filtering. If crude humour puts you off, nothing in the mechanics will change that. If it makes you laugh, five dollars buys a competently built incremental with better accessibility options than most serious games manage.

The absent achievements are the one genuine mark against it, since chasing them is a large part of why people stay with this genre.
